shit aint startin

gotta love my wonderful description on my problem
but my gta iv isnt working. Or well I can install it and all that and I registered it. But it just wont start....its like a disc and then nothing happens. So I need help! Like send any update which is required or something. If you have had this issue pls pm me with a perfect clear description on how I can get gta to work. Btw I have a acer. My graphiccard is nividea geforce gtx 500 and I got 8 gb of ram and 2.4 ghz. So any help?
