VC resolution problem

so, recently I formated my pc, installed vice city again, and it works fine, except that I cant change the resolution, everytime i try to my game just crashes, i've tried reinstalling and deleting the gta_vc.set file and still nothing, any tips?

But when I do it my game close, crash whit Unhandled Exeption, and when I open, the game have the resolution I putted

Buy a new graphic card
