MBL Quality Loss - help?

hey,
well I got a problem with MBL & vegas
it seems like if I sometimes render it out, it has a really good quality when I watch the file at my computer,
but at youtube the quality at 360p is just fcked up,
I tried rendering uncompressed, then converting it into MKV,
the best quality @wmv with 10M bitrate, disabling resample, everything I know :S

Also,
if i would record at 1920x1080, and then resize to 1280x720 in vegas, would it increase the quality up a lot?


if you have a solution or some tips, please share them with me :S

The problem is that it's YouTube, just that it's streaming actually. Btw going from 1080p to 720p only decreases it.

Dunno about the YouTube thingy but, recording at 1080p and having a 720p vegas project doesn't make it lose quality.. And way better than recording at 720p and rendering 720p

(By "it doesn't lose quality" I mean that's it's not much.. Ofc it's not the same than rendering 1080p duh)
