V probably stands for Vegas , so my guess it will be probably in Las Venturas (or SA map again) thats my logic since SA is the only GTA  map that has no duplicate (VC/VCS , III/LCS/IV)

this is a great idea! im defenitly gonna get it right after it release but i will finish the story before stunting
