You can easily make something like that with some color corrector and saturation adjust already. I'd make it for ya but I can't record with shitloads of BUGS in it.

Adjust the midtones to a red/pink colour, boost up the highlights/shadows and work with colour curves until you get the right level of contrast/brightness.
