Motion tracking sounds very tedious and very convoluted for something that is very easy to do once you learn how to use a mapping program. Moo mapper is pretty self explanatory, so I'd suggest just poking around with it. If you're having too many problems with it, shoot me a message.

But if you'd rather go for the motion tracking option, then go with that.

Or you could take a big texture in VC (like the construction site's billboard) and replace the image with your text, making sure everything else is alpha'ed out, then just use MooMapper to plonk the billboard down wherever you want the text...

...which is what Sam did.
