    I had this texture bug on my old RIP gta vc, I downloaded the normal one, but its still the same bug.

    I had the problem a while ago and i figured it was to do with the save game. Try loading a new game ;)

    Yeah I had this problem when I downloaded a savegame that didn't have the 'loading sceens' when going from island to island.
