Need Help with ViceCity ENB!

I need help with Vice City Enb series. So, i downloaded it, but everytime when i want to use it, it don´t work. I´ve done all correctly, i think. Can somebody please help me?

Edit: maybe my links aren´t corect, does someone have a 100% working link with all files?
