FloW's timecyc

Does somebody still have FloW's timecyc that more or less doubles the fps in IV? its off the internet by now and i really need it, much appreciated if found.

Hey, I looked for it too but i dont find it, try that -> GTA 4 PC NEW PATH 1.0.2 THE FPS INCREASE¡¡¡¡¡

e:It does good, used to have an unplayable fps, below 10, and now it runs it constantly on 16-20, which is.. although still small but a noticable change that made it playable, thanks.
