^les warez.

I sometimes have this problem with my Vice City, just simply rebooting helps although I don't know if it does for you. How long have you had this problem?

Just get a new DVD Drive, things are cheap as hell theese days. You could try various methods of repairing it but (atleast for me) it would be too much of a hassle when I can just get a new one for less than 15€

coupla years it turns out, cant find a fix, and my disk drive i cant remove out of my pc, the only way to install games for me with this problem is by my dad sharing the install from HIS pc, but im willing to get a new pc.

not a problem with a disk, and reboot doesnt help
