I believe they only had the level Daffy landed collisioned since they haven't landed the others already.

would be epic if someone could make a full collision fix to vice city... and no, it wouldnt be unfair, because lc has a colfix too ( the lc one isnt perfect, it should be modified)
and finally we would have a 100% solid vc and lc

You can do it but uhh.. it would be modding so you'd have to let everyone know that the stunt is modded.

LC is a mod anyways, so you can fix things in there. but vc however is not. So fixing roofs in VC would be modding.
