Handling problems/Mouse view

Hey guys.I started stunting in VC/LC.I have 1 single problem.My PCJ leans back so hard.At big speeds in doesn't even leans.Low settings and so on.
Another problem is:I can't move the camera while in a car.What can i do?Is it default on VC and its unchangeable?P2B's would be easier to place.

You can't move your camera while in VC, there is no tool/mod for changing,that's the default. I don't really understand your other problem, it leans back easily while going north or what?

You can't lean back at high speed unless you're facing north, you can try to use wheelie method for high bumps or try and rad all the way to the bump without letting the front wheel touch the ground.

Thats what I'm using.Damn i tought VC is cooler than SA.Anyways must look perfect to the north to lean easier?Like those car bumps.Love em tho

Vc IS better lol, it's just different.
And coming from a natural stunter who only releases sa vids, that's saying a lot.

It's really hard to do car bumps facing north.

Well u can make better stunts in VC than SA.But SA has better preparation methods.IMO

Wtf do you mean by preparation methods? 
Stunt naturally ffs.
And VC doesn't have better stunts then SA, ok you can get higher in VC but that doesn't mean that it's better, you can pull amazing stunts in both VC & SA.
The main reason for me why VC better than SA is Fl-On, it really makes modding nearly impossible & that's what's great about it.
Who the fuck decided to bypass the FL thing on SA anyways?

sa fl-on = 25fps = lags

Custom fl, or fuck it & stunt with the damn lags 
Dunno, I just find it really unfair, it's fucking doping, not to mention how easy it is for modders to get around unnoticed.

No, it's not like the backflip thing in SA. Doesn't have to be exactly north. Go and try it out.

Can't be moved like in SA, but looking to left and right (Q and E if WASD-buttons) makes it easier to look out for the Packer's ramp.
