Many Questions From a Noob

Hello there. May not know me but eh. Anyone i've come here today to ask you guys some questions about Vegas and SA.

1. What is CC? How can I make one in Vegas? Are there packs that I need to download?

2. Dannye's Freeplay : I download it but when I hit the .exe, all it does it bring me to the command prompt.

3. Ive looked at guides on how to barrack bump. What method do you think is the best and please tell me the username/name of video you learned from.

CC - Color correction - colors for the whole vid that give a different feeling
Freeplay - read the notes, take any replay and play with the buttons, it's actually for recording
Barrack bumps: I never saw any tutorial, tried it a few days ago and only bumped one so can't tell you about that.
