native trainer problem

yo, some days ago i bought GTA IV. I decided to stunt there yeye. Tracker ( ) gave mi this:
simple native trainer 5.9 for gta 4 / 1.0.7.0 download link and Tutorial
When i installed all files on c:\program files\rockstar games\GTA IV i can't play IV :/ I can't open this :< help please

btw. im in my grandmum's home so i will back tomorrow to my house but i want to start stunt HERE
btw2. i have the newest patch ;x

Some patches crash your game, depends on SP, didn't watch the movie because I'm lazy but those are the things that might help ye.
