    i have special timecyc (more FPS), low quality and Frame limiter OFF.

    You can also go to your graphics driver control panel & adjust everything for best performance, turn off anti-aliasing, turn on anisotropic filtering etc etc
    Just look in descriptions, they usually say whether the option increases image quality or performance.

    Also, black & white sky get.
