Problem with key ports in windows msn

I have problem, when I want sign in msn, I have error.

I dk what to do. I try all ideas which I found in net, nothing help me.

bump from FutuRe cause he is in school now and he can't write

i had same problem, download msn 7.5 and select "run in compatibility mode with windows 2000"

where selcet this option, because when I want sign in I got error with: You must download newer version to order sign in ....
