Problem with resolutions

Hi i have 24" monitor and can i start ViceCity i have resolutions on 640x480x16 and can i give it to 1920x1080 I have error Where is problem i have error on all resilutions which is high than 640x480x16 Do you help me ? I have newest drivers for my graphic card

Delete gta_vc.set from the Vice City User Files and try again.

i have error to but this work for me, put the resolution and close the VC, then open again and will be the resolution that you want.

With some games you can open and edit the cookie files and manually change your resolution but I just tried opening the set file in note pad, it's encoded with a little bit of funniness..

Find out what resolution you run other games at then ask someone else to change their resolution to something you can run and get them to send you their set file.
