vc launch problem

hey , i wanna play vc today , i clik in the .exe (gtavc.exe) and that's don't run ) SAiVC and Lc don't run too but SA work , woot ?

I've re-dl vc , that's don't work too :/

Then System and Security.
Then click System.
Then click Advanced System Settings.
Under Performance, click Settings.
Click the Data Execution Prevention tab, and then click Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.
Then click Add and find your gta-vc and double click it. This will add it to the list.
Then click Ok and play Vice City.
