Hit the hill described in the pic, then do a corckscrew and land on Cobra Martial arts in SF. I had a hard time with this one due to obstacles and that damn billboard, but once you find that sweet spot its easy.
Heres a pic as to where to take off.
If you cant find the jump then find the red barbell in southern SF on your map, its right by there.

doing it with an NRG is more challenging.

I dont think the NRG has that kind of speed, it takes a jump of 310 feet of that hill.

i've hit the side of the building before with an NRG, so i'm pretty sure it's possible. it's just a matter of finding the correct angle to hit the jump.

just press upward a little bit and it goes faster than a bullet or infernus with nos ( gonna try the challange )

even if the NRG is faster it wont be able to make the quick turn, and there are many poles, and a big bump that you need to avoid.

aaaah, done. with the nrg, its simple man. just go realy hard and bump.

For some reason once I get going the proper speed I can turn enough to hit the jump at the right angle... but I have done it with the bullet.

with the nrg ? if so, press up a little bit and hit the hill right, and you will ( almost ) air OVER the building !
