Blank Canvas and used some brushes. They're brushes comprised of pictures, I guess.

Thanks, and yes - it's a half opacity shape of a human. Kinda ghost-like, I would say.

Nicely done. But although I'm not much into PS I presume you don't need to have much skill with brushes
like that, just a bit of creativity and an idea, eh? Good job.
