I'm not much of a ledge grinder myself, but from what I've seen it seems to be easier if you land on the ledge the opposite way (rear wheel towards the grassy part) try to land so that your bike is on an angle, and then i think you reverse or something... I don't even know to be honest I've never done it lol

raskals right, try it to the opposite way, this way is for choppers
I suggest you less speed and press reversing during the ledge grind (on pcj only)
you only have to keep the bike balanced but its not so hard

Gently tap lean forward so your slightly leaning forward at the point of contact, and just keep tapping lean forward, that way you don't go off and you wont lean forward so much that you spin off the ledge. However, the best way to do it is land in the middle of your bike in the opposite direction, again slightly leaned forward, then hold reverse and keep taping lean back slowly.

In the video your rear wheel hits the grass which makes you fall because you were falling back, you need to hit with your front wheel when facing that way.

In saying that, you won't get many decent ledge grinds facing that way, like others have said you need to be facing the other way and land in the grind then hold reverse and let it do its thing.
