I really think that you should get a widescreen, but yeah, it's your choice. Also, 1TB HDD is better (and cheaper?) than two 300GB ones.

I also noticed that 4 1GB RAMs are much cheaper than 2 2GB RAMs of exactly the same kind. Why is that? Can some mobo's only support two RAM cards?

Also... my mom got her computer on eBay, customized, from a dealership called micro-something, it has almost the exact same stuff listed here, but cost less than $900 instead of over $2000.

What I was wondering was, is there some advantage to buying all the parts separate and building them myself, if it's going to cost more money than having somebody else do it for me? Anybody done this and know whether or not it's a good idea?

EDIT: She got one pre-built, so theres a discount, plus there were some specs that added up and added up when I edited them. Mines now around 1500
