My mouse want's to stuck into the left corner .. and then if i want to get it off from there i wont come .

happens alot to me if alt tab, just press the button that makes start menu pop up

Clean out your mouse. I'm guessing you use an infra red mouse. If you don't..... get a new one?

If it happens when you alt tab then yeah just alt tab again. I get it sometimes also.

It usually comes when i play GTA SA nad minimize it for a sec

I get that problem too. I usually just click and it "unstuck" If you already tried that then do alt tab like what everyone else said .
