I have made a new record but I dont have rep because it is very old and I didn't know how to save them. I'll upload a pic and a video

No, video is alright since you can't save replays on a PS2.

Becouse video u can edit by yourself and add text .

But see what is written on the oficial world record list --> Many of these records can very easily be faked using the "cars fly" or "slowitdown" cheat or any number of mods. Therefore you must post video OR rep proof of your record before it will officially be added to the list.

Yeah, but since people are allowed to break records on the PS2, where there are no replays, an in-game video is ok.
