Filter-Render-Difference Clouds 5 times, than levels then hue, right? I love this effect
However, bike came out not so good. But it is good for first NRG. PCJ and NRG skinning are two different worlds

Looks ok, I remember finding a tutorial for that like "thunder" effect. Though I didn't like the result of it..
