Any reason why your going for AMD over Intel? (Ah I saw your wanting to save money with the price) Still I think you could find an alternative Intel CPU and MOBO for the same price? And also 4GB of RAM will be more than enough, 8 is way overkill, I would personally stick with 2 and use the money saved else where

Well okay if you trust the brand stick to it  I used a PSU calculator on your parts and it said you would only need about 280 Watts but there no where near 100% accurate, so yeh its better to play it safe. I would say a 350/400 would be adequate but if you want to be future proof I would stay with the 500w, make sure its a trusted PSU brand as I don't think its wise to budget the PSU. I would suggest something from the Crosair HX series.
