when u made it in photoshop maybe u didnt paint the tire parts in fully enough? maybe u didnt put it right up unitl the edge of the pic.

Happened to me sometimes when I were still skinning. Should be easy to fix. Btw, awesome bike.

That's the fucked up tire map from Rockstar. You need to improve a bit, try to make the tire like 2px to the left, so it overblends a bit the brake.
