For its own Crew/Community to unfold/begin. Usually you have a crew website to create your own community. Btw, I'm the one who runs the WWS server+Website.

P.S: Having your own community is better than tagging along from another website. "I believe anyway."

EDIT: I'm going to post a more detailed version of/about WWS
