I know this one is probably old but I've not seen it been done with a Taxi

Green = Run up (I recommend you start this near the bank )

White = Boost

Red = Air

Blue = Land (The little grill thing on the side of the billboard)

Nah, not impossible. I've seen people get major air off of boosting little surfaces, boosting off of the billboard is possible.
