okay guys i took a 5 block walk to R* headquarters in time square and i talked tot he receptionist anshowed her a print out of this. She said as far as she was cncerned it was fake because take two and R* had not even discussed this. she said many stores have begun to sell it but they always do before releasse no matter what they say. Then they confirmed that it IS fake indeed. I asked if legal action would be taken but she said she couldnt tell me anymore...

I got a complementary (sp?) Niko Bellic Button for visiting HQ though
