Motorcycle Transport

i am trying to transport my nrg  on the packer. I have read on other topics that if you place it on top rack and then raise it, it shall stay on. mine keeps falling off. any help?

Get the nrg on top the packer, nearish the top, then raise the packers forks with whatever button you have it assigned to, ussually they're Numpad 2, 4, 6 and 8
