Do I get anything in return after completing the 3 Export Lists?

Besides more Import cars... would I get a car in the showroom at the dealership I own?

yeah after you do the missions for ceaser. and you get those cars in the showroom, you get to do the import garage. all the cars you get in the showroom, can be modded at wheel arch agels
