I've read SP3 will make XP a bit faster too, btw.

Also there are software for defrag, which are more effective.

Call me crazy, but isn't it common sense that lowering your settings will make your PC faster.

That CCleaner thing deleted 1.5gigs of stuff from temp an other places.
