Okay, for some reason San Andreas starts lagging as soon as I record with FRAPS. I don't have the settings of San Andreas on the lowest, so I could try to do that.
But is there any way to make it less laggy? or no lag at all? Like do I need to change the FPS rate of FRAPS or something, or can I fix it in Vegas?
I really need to know this because I hate it when lag ruins my videos.

A cool trick is in fraps in the MOVIES tab, click 'no sync' and record with that, whilst recording it will look really laggy, but viewing the video later it will be fine

yeah it's like... umm...
like 10 seconds it records everything, the rest of the time it only records sound
like if I'd put it in vegas, the video part would be [--] that big and the audio part [---------] that big

I think thats because it records the video and audio separately, the audio is recorded real time, but the video with the 'no synch' box ticked, so both will be smooth. Try and record without audio, if you're making videos you don't really want it on anyway .

wow... that runs so smooth, thanks!
But it's a little bit too fast (faster than the actual in-game speed) anyway I can fix THAT?
maybe I should turn the frame limiter of San Andreas on, or make the FPS of FRAPS less (or more)?

When recording in SA check 25FPS in Fraps, when recording in VC/LC check 30FPS in Fraps, that should fix it.
