make the file 99 mb but good quality at Utube

most vids i have done is either insanely big or small and sucky quality...
is there a way to make it under 99mb with good quality, and then keep around same quality but compress so can stream AND download ?
so, short way, a way to make
under 99 mb good quality for stream
around normal stunt vid size and still good quality for download.

just render it as mp4 (not sure, read youtube manual before) and render at youtube video size (check youtube manual too) Then play with the settings until you get a good result (depends on how many colors you use, how often pixels change etc)

Im not sure if this will work but it might do.

Render you file to MP4 or something so it compresses it but retains most of its quality. Then use Superconverter to convert it to FLV. Change the settings so it keeps the quality.

Then upload to Youtube, this should work because Youtube wont convert your video doing it this way.

When you're rendering the file for the first time don't forget to render it to YouTube's size (425 by 355 pixels).
