lag?

I've always had lag when playing guildwars @ 1280 x 1024 which is kinda weird since i have the recommended specs.

Recommended System Specs:

    * Windows XP/2000/Vista
    * Intel Pentium 4 2.0 GHz or equivalent
    * 1 GB RAM
    * DVD-ROM Drive
    * 4 GB Available HDD Space
    * ATI Radeon 9600 or NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 series video card or above
    * 16-bit Sound Card
    * Internet connection
    * Keyboard and mouse
    * DirectX 9

I even updated my drivers and it still ain't working smooth, if i want to get 35 fps i have to play at 800 x 600  

Any ideas?

I had the same problem with Battlefield 2, I reinstalled windows lol.

That fixed it >_>

Might aswell try that, Have to find my windows disk tho, might aswell install linux o,o.
