I guess you could start with the easy stuff. Reboot, I sometimes have to do this. Unplug your modem, let that reboot. There's also a program called Network Diagnostics on your PC. Try that if all else fails. Goto the start menu, click on Help and Support, this will open a new window. Where it says "Pick A Task" click on the "Use tools to.........." on the left under tools will be Network Diagnostics.
