No need to be sorry StuntKing, you didn't know it was impossible. Quad's and car's can do barrel rolls, maybe try it in one of those.

LOL doing it quads and cars is a bit easy but i got 2 more ideas to think of:
1. do barrel roll with CAR to a grind
2. try "editing" the bike for it will be able to do barrel roll's
i know that you dont like to edit things but it will not change anything on the normal stuff (speed, jumps, wheelis etc.)
