Hey, I'm the english master administrator of a new GTA community GTACartel. We are looking for english speaking people who want to work with the site. You should know basic HTML. You can see the site at http://www.gtacartel.com. Click on the polish flag to see the site running because the english version is not yet ready (we need more staff!). The forums are coming soon.
