Extream flickering and tearing
« on: September 28, 2006, 11:16:39 AM »
So, im over here in Victoria(BC) house sitting for a week and 3 days. I figured i'd bring WoW and VC seeing as i'll be pretty damn bored here. Well, i installed everything and when i go to play a game (WoW for instance) the screen is flickering and tearing like mad! i got WoW to work with it once but it didint work after that. i have updated all the drivers for the video card (Geforce2 MX 100/200). Any help or ideas for this would be GREATLY apreciated as im going to be here for 7+ days with nothing to do.

Cheers

-nk.

Turn Vsink on in the games or the refresh rate down to 60hz

It's a Geforce 2 ! - there's your answer

Not the best card to handle anything really - my old Geforce 4 MX440 had trouble playing Vice City @ 1024x768
