Ok guys, I've got this old computer at home, put it together...then forgot its only got Win '98 on it...so is there any way to put Windows XP on it? Thanks in advance.

Im guessing formatting the HD then popping in the XP cd should do the trick. Although if you bought that comp with windows 98 it probably has crappy specs so itll run XP like shit.

Valikai, ive got a 2nd computer that ive had for 9 year or something, its got a 6gig hard drive haha, and that runs xp sweet as a nut, i had 98 on b4 i banged xp on it, so it should be sweet mate

yep, just find your XP cd

and you CAN use the cd key more than once , you goto do a phone activation and tell them what you are doing, its annoying as hell

because you cant understand them

Haha really? This ones only got 5GB harddrive  Thanks guys, im gonna try.
