Compression Issues

So, I'm making clips of my stunts (using fraps of course) and each time I did one, I came out with really high numbers of kb's for each clip, which apparently is normal.  But, when I send them through winzip to compress them,  it's still terrible.  I think it was something like 300 megs for maybe 12-14 stunts.  wtf?

You should render them using either VirtualDub, Vegas, WMM etc. etc. to make it smaller, there are some tuts on compression in the tut section.

Or you could send replay's, and if you don't have those, your screwed for a collab or whatever you are doing...

Clips were requested AE, but no worries.  I figured it out and got all my stuff compressed.

Hehe check out my clip tutorial made especially to lower the time rendering the movie  Oh btw. Use 3ivX codec because its the best and it is appliciable to use in vegas (Vegas doesn't accept XviD} Sorry my closing bracket key is fucking broken. I don't know how to get the spyware out.
