You can get a registered version of FRAPS.

Though no one will watch a 1440 x 900.

That's bigger than some monitors.

Oh yeah, with Vegas 6 and 5 *not sure about othas*, you can get 720 x 480 to render to a 720 x 450.

Ask Daf-fy! for help with codecs. He knows lots.

3ivx will look better (use xvid too), but some people might not have the codecs.

Edit your movie and save as AVI. After that download Virtualdub and 3ivX, and use Virtualdub to compress the video into 3ivX format.

i dont do it that way, i just render as a wmv v9 @800x600in vegas 6 , it doesnt need a codec, the filesize is pretty big, but it keeps the quality

I can't save my frapsed files to 800x600.

They save to 640x512 :P

i see nothing wrong with the vid. its obviosly SUPPOSE to be all coloured and upside down. :P

try useing smaller resolutions. it must take ages to render that.
