    I would assume it's the stars skybox thing Neo used for his retextured VC but I don't think that's what you're looking for


    I feel there should be an archive full of every timecyc every editor uses for VC and SA and maybe that'll help solve the problem...

    Edit: Nevermind I need new eyes..

    Edit 2: Checked it but sadly it's not what I'm looking for. :/
