Ok guys i was searching on the very very depths of moddb and gtagarage and found this, a mod like sa united all vc, lc and saivc and also there is a custom map pretty cool, the mod is not well optimized (you only have a limited draw distance), i haven't discovered all the places yet, there a some trainers but sadly those dont work (for me since i dont know how to install mods)
