hi to everyone, share my work on this mod, it was map for sa, then one team converted and crypted mod like assholes to vc, i found way to decrypted whole mod, replaced cars to vc hd ones and people to hd ones, handling and collision default, cleo spawn included (enabling by F4), read readme before start game it is very important, enjoy
