1. Curb bump 2 Grind 2 Grind
Seems pretty self explanatory to me. You bump the curb, which isn't quite your standard curb bump, more like a small bump. Then grind the first fence, lean forward a bit so when you bump the spot where the fence makes a 90 degree angle you will bump it forward rather than straight or backwards which provides you with an angle to potentially get on the other grind. Have edged this before but it's not quite my style.
2. Bump 2 Billboard grind
Old by Rusch
Seemed rather obvious to me. Yet I don't recall anyone ever landing this or I might have just missed it.
Runup is a bit annoying because right before the bump the road goes down a tad bit and while speed tapping your bike will steer into the supporting pole or the building it self. Might want to keep that in mind while trying it.
3. Bump 2 Roof
Not sure if this is old. I thought I gave this away way back. If it's old, I apologize. Had this in my spot folder for a while.
4. Bump 2 Precision
Run up is a bit tricky for this one and requires a bit of craftiness. You start at the higher road behind the building with the armor and Sniper rifle on it. There is a breakable fence on a ledge there. You start a little bit away from the fence. You break the fence and drive on the roof down onto the ledge. At the end of the ledge you pull a small wheelie so you don't bump the ledge crossing it. Then you will drop in to a little sloping road or whatever it is and there you will find the bump. This is not really my style of stunt so I decided to give it away to whoever wants it. I have tried it a few times and it seems possible. Had some decent attempts.

About 1st one - i think it is already done, there are so many grinds on that area, but i am not sure.
Tried that one, actually it is possible to bump from red line to 2nd fence. Too much speed, and if to go through 1st fence, 1st grind will be too small and shitty.

Top of the buidling on 3rd spot is not gonna happen I guess. I've tried first and fourth a couple of times some time a go and had really close tries (1-curb is annoying but with frame limiter you can get some sweet executions).

I came pretty close to the last spot. I explained the runup there as well. If needed, I can make a small video of how I do the runup for it.
For the 3rd one I remember getting really close with who I think was Suspi13 back in the day on SAMP. I gave this spot to him I think. Not 100% sure. I know for fact it was a Dutch stunter that I tried it with. I am 85% sure it's possible. Might be worth mentioning, we used a packer in the runup to avoid that grass bump at the beginning of the parking lot.

Cool spots overall, I'm strongly questioning the third one anyway.
Suspi13 was Suspiciousone (now Mugetsu) that's sure and I always laugh hard when someone says something like 85% of possibility, it just sounds hilarious (I mean, why not 85,34% or so)?

My attempt on 3rd spot i did yesterday –
https://youtu.be/uvsuZ43_WWA
p.s. I've stunted with glitched bike for collab, but i dont think that it gives more speed or better bump (not sure).
Good spots, thank you. Second stunt was landed by Rusch, but i don't remember if he did the grind or just landed bb.

All the super bike does is give you better handling, especially on slopes or ramps that do not have a wall ontop of them. It does not magically give you a speed boost. Also, at least from my experience, bumping with the super bike is way harder than with the regular bike.
It is not a magic fix to every problem you might face while stunting but rather an opportunity for spots that would otherwise be impossible without it.
