doubleframing in vegas

So, here is the question.
When i am making in the final vegas render x2framing, i am getting copy of each frame, but not for video effects.
So, after final render, i have 2 frames with same picture but different effects.
Can i somehow get same effects too on same frames? Because when i use, for example, flash, vegas render "lags" and in the final render i have some random frames without flash effect at all.

Change Project Frame Rate

Dude, it is 25 fps. I am putting 50 only in the final vegas render set-up.
Videos, project, everything is 25.

This problem is still actual for me.
The only possible solution is to render it to 1080p 25fps in vegas, and then render it again in another program to 1080p 50fps. But i am still looking how to render it in vegas in 1 try.
