Larger Chat - Enlarge the "Trollbox"

 Hey. this might been suggested previously but...
 
 What about a larger Chat where all registered members can chat... It's the same but larger and with a better engine I mean, auto refresh every 30 secs or something like that

 Maybe it's a bad suggestion but when forum went downtime someone said that the Downtime Page Chat was more active than the forums

It has sparse activity because it's being displayed on the front page only I believe. I often find myself checking it out & posting something, but then I don't check back for a while because I move on to forum topics.
On GTAS.de we used to have a wide chatbox in the site's layout footer, so it ALWAYS displayed on the bottom no matter where you were. The refresh intervals were also pretty quick (10 sec I think it was). That worked pretty good.

I swear I remember GTAS had a shoutbox at the top back in the day. Anyway quick mockup of what it could look like if put at the top on the forum.
