MAJOR UPDATE WITH GROUPS - Rocket League - GTAS Tournament - With prices!

Created matches, groups, and rules for the whole tournament. From now, we will start playing the matches.

There are still 2 things to fix in 2v2, since we need 10 teams, we've got 2 uncompleted teams. Team Afterlife and Tortues Nymphomanes. Both of them will be filled up before doing any of them matches.

Information : I will be spectator of each games, to provide a video, and shoutout the score.

Being able to pull out all the matches is already hard, so for the moment, we'll focus on 1v1 group stage, and once it's done, we'll manage to do the matches for 2v2, and then 3v3.
